We strive to ensure product descriptions and imagery are accurate and up-to-date. However, due to the raw and natural nature of our hair, slight variations in texture, wave pattern, or color may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

  • All orders: 7–14 business days.

  • Orders begin processing once payment is received in full.

  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order is shipped.

We only ship locally. Shipping times vary by region.


We are not liable for:

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or natural events

  • Incorrect shipping details entered by the customer

  • Lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed

Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
All payments must be made in full before processing begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method is suspected.

Due to the hygienic and personalized nature of our products:

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if there is an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective item).

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and a written explanation.

Once a custom order is placed and production has started, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Custom orders include changes to length, texture, colour, lace type, or style. These are non-refundable.

We provide care instructions with each unit. Lumière is not responsible for:

  • Damage due to improper care or use

  • Wear and tear due to lace fragility

  • Issues caused by third-party stylists, bleaching, or coloring

Proper care ensures your unit will remain wearable and beautiful for years.

All website content, including photos, logos, text, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Lumière Luxury Hair. Use, reproduction, or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumière Luxury Hair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Your use of our products is at your own discretion and risk.
