Due to hygiene standards and the nature of our products, all sales are final once the product has been opened, worn, or altered.

2. Eligible Returns (Exceptions)

We will only consider returns in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product (different length, texture, or color than ordered).

• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

3. Return Process

• We will only consider returns in the following cases:

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are only accepted if the wrong product was sent.

• All exchange requests must follow the return process above.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued if a replacement product is not available.

• Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom wigs (made-to-order).

• Hair that has been worn, washed, dyed, or altered.

• Items purchased on sale or discount.
